When you use a form on this website, we may ask for contact details such as your name, email address, callsign, city, state, exam interest, membership interest, or message content. These fields help volunteers respond to membership, testing, and club questions.
How information is used
Information submitted through forms is intended to be used for club communication, online testing coordination, membership follow-up, event questions, occasional club updates, and related amateur radio community work. The site does not intentionally publish private member addresses, private stations, or exact home locations.
Third-party services
This site links to services such as Discord, the LZARC store, map tiles, and spam-protection tools. Those services may have their own privacy practices. Review their policies when using those services.
LZARC uses Brevo for email delivery and contact list management. When you submit a contact, testing, membership, or newsletter signup form, your email address and related form details may be added to the appropriate LZARC contact list so volunteers can respond and send occasional club updates. Campaign emails include unsubscribe controls.
Cookies and browser storage
This site uses essential browser storage for basic preferences, such as remembering a color theme or privacy choice. These preferences help the site work consistently and are not used to sell personal information.
With visitor permission, this site may use Google Analytics to understand public website traffic, popular pages, general device/browser information, and aggregate usage trends. Analytics is optional and should only load after analytics consent is accepted.
Google Search Console may be used to understand aggregate search visibility, indexing, search queries, and site health. Search Console reporting does not require this site to set a visitor cookie.
Regional map
The regional map uses city-level markers to show general LZARC amateur radio participation, online community reach, and project interest. It does not publish exact homes, private stations, or member locations.
